Craig Morgan to Perform at 2018 Angels of the Battlefield Awards Gala
The Armed Services YMCA is happy to announce country music icon and Grand Ole Opry member, Craig Morgan will perform at the 12th annual Armed Services YMCA Angels of the Battlefield Awards Gala. Craig will grace the stage on October 2, 2018 at the Ritz Carlton in Arlington, Virginia.
"We're proud to have someone like Craig Morgan, who is talented, dedicated to our military community and committed to strengthening our military family join us at this year's Angels event," said ASYMCA President and CEO William French. "We couldn't think of a better performer to join us in honoring our military heroes."
The 12th Annual Angels of the Battlefield Awards Gala will honor medics, corpsmen, and pararescuemen who administer life-saving medical treatment and trauma care on and off the battlefield. Each year, the Armed Services YMCA recognizes a single individual from each military branch for their accomplishments. These Angels of the Battlefield are compassionate men and women who risk everything and are often the reason why so many of our nation’s heroes wounded in battle have made it home to their families and communities. Angels is the only event which recognizes the frontline actions of military medical personnel.
