Meet and greet?????

How do I sign up for a meet and greet?
Does anyone know if he is going to do meet and greet at Mattoon, Illinois for the Bagelfest on 07/17/2010. I see that they have requesting Meet and Greet on concerts BEFORE and AFTER that but it skips that one, so i wasnt sure how to get on the meet and greet?? I have e-mailed memberships@craigmorganfanclub.com so many timesand got no reply.
