Cracker barrel

Just told my Dad about the grand prize from Cracker Barrel. Xing my fingers because if I win I'm taking him. He is an 85 yr old WWII vet. Right now he is on a waiting list for a Heros Flight. If we won it would free up a spot. He would finally get to see the memorials and I would get to see Craig (ok we both would get to see Craig). How cool would that be. Here's hoping it is at least an Extreme Team member. Good Luck folks.
On one more note....my dad had one of a few stange experiances this week when he went to purchase bark for the flower bed. The owner of the place saw his hat (NAVY) and asked if he was a WWII vet. He said yes. The man repeatedly thanks him and added a extra bark to his order. I think it was the first time outside of the guys he served with and family members he ever had some one personally thank him for his service. Even though it embaresed him a little (he just thinks it was the right thing to do ) he also loved it.
So folks thanks a vet today! By the way if you who are reading this have served, Thank you I have so many freedoms and wonder things in my life and my families because of your sacrifice.!
