Need help... Looking to propose at upcoming concert

So here goes.. I recently found out that our family will be growing one larger. Originally I planned to propose to my girlfriend in October of this year, but with recent news of a newborn on the way- that has changed slightly. With that said, I am looking to make this a special event. We are both diehard country music fans and love Craig Morgan. It would really be special If i could propose to her on stage before everyone! I am not sure who to contact, so I figured this was a start. The concert we are attending will be held at the Delaware State Fair in Harrington Delaware at 6:00pm on 07/27/2010. If there is anyone on this board on perhaps someone of influence reading this could you please help me make this dream come true? I contacted the fair public relations office, but they said they have no control over the stage. If anyone could please help I would greatly appreciate it!!!
